Today’s Workout

So here is what we did tonight after work

4 sets of 8 reps for each of the following:

Squat, 175 lbs.

Leg Curl, 70 lbs. (this was light)

Sumo Deadlift, 155 lbs. (this was light, but I am working more on my form for this)

Good Morning, 75 lbs.

800 Meter Row for a finisher

Total workout time about 32 minutes.

Its nice to have my gym in the basement, I will have to post some good pics of what I have down there for all to see.
